his 21-year career he has worked for clients in
a wide variety of industries, in both the public
and private sectors. He is the author of Language
and the Pursuit of Happiness: A New Foundation
for Designing Your Life, Your Relationships and
Your Results (2005 – New Possibilities
Press, Inc.). His next book, entitled How
To Screw Up Your Organization: A What Not To Do
Manual for Leaders and Managers, is scheduled
for publication in 2007. |

Chalmers began his consulting
career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture),
where he spent over 8 years in the New Orleans,
LA and Nashville, TN offices in both the Systems
Integration and Change Management divisions.
Since 1993, Chalmers has worked as an independent
consultant and coach. His practice is dedicated
to increasing clarity and effectiveness among
leaders, teams and individuals, in a variety
of ways and at various organizational levels.
He provides training and long-term consulting
services as well as personal/executive coaching.
